Guidelines for Ticket Holders and Accompanying Persons

Dear SPERA2025 Participants,

The SPERA tickets are already sold out. I understand that many people are concerned about not being able to enter the theater or accompany participants without a ticket. Therefore, I would like to share the following information with you:

For Ticket Holders

  • You own the seat corresponding to the seat number printed on your ticket.
  • During your absence, someone else may temporarily sit in your seat. When you return, you may politely inform the person that it is your seat and reclaim it.

For Those Without a Ticket

  • You may accompany participants into the theater and to the dressing rooms.
  • Entry to the audience seating area is restricted due to the tickets being sold out. SPERA is an all-day competition, so seats may occasionally become available even though the tickets are sold out. For example, family members or teammates of participants who have already performed might leave their seats to rest outside. If you do not have a ticket and you find an empty seat, you may use it temporarily. However, please vacate the seat immediately when the original ticket holder returns.
  • Only during the awards ceremony are people without a ticket allowed to stand and watch.

For Teachers with a Control Wristband

  • You may accompany participants into the theater and to the dressing rooms.
  • You are allowed to enter the areas marked in yellow, but not the wings of the stage. This year, the stage and the audience are on the same level. Therefore, anyone standing in the wings would be visible to the audience. Only dancers who are about to perform may stay in the wings.
